You might find it helpful to have a description of what books at each level look like and what the general focus may be while working on and around that level.  I’ve separated them by 9-weeks, ending with the goal level for that 9-week period, and indicated the letter and number(s) that each level represents.  There is also a list of leveled books that you may be able to find at the library or bookstore for your child to read at home in addition to the books from his or her reading group in the classroom.
