1.  Monday-Thursday your child will be assigned homework. The homework should usually take your child no longer than 30 minutes depending on your child's understanding and attention span.  Everything that is assigned for homework is an extension of what is taught in class.  Homework is explained thoroughly on the day it is given.

2.  Each child will have a homework planner.   He/she is responsible for copying his or her homework from the board into the homework planner.

3.  Homework is checked every day.  If your child does not complete all homework, he or she will receive a mark on the conduct/responsibility sheet and then finish the unfinished homework during recess.  You will receive a phone call from the Time Out Moderator on that day.
