Reading
Read a book to your child every night before bed.
- Write your child's name and then have your child read the letters of their name to you and see if they know each letter's sound.
- Ask your child what the magic word of the week is and help them find it in their reading. We will be starting with:

Everday Math
- Be able to identify numbers from 0-20, challenge them to go beyond!
- Practice writing your numbers from 0-10.
- Compare sets of objects, talk about how they are the same, different, or equal. Ex: Count socks and ask how many are white and how many are not white.

- Practice Writing your name first and last and write it on every paper for school.
- Write simple sentences using words you know.
- Remember finger space!!!!!!
