Meet the Beekeeper      

My name is Udean Wiebelt. I began teaching at Red Oaks Elementary, which eventually moved to Acadian Thrwy. and became known as Baton Rouge Center for Visual and Performing Arts. After six years in East Baton Rouge Parish I left to teach in the parochial school system. Nine years later I have been very blessed to be able to return to the place I love. I firmly believe in what this school represents. I am delighted to be a part of such a wonderful faculty and community. I look forward to a very exciting and rewarding school year.

I was born and raised in New Orleans and moved to Baton Rouge 19 years ago. My husband, Chris, and I celebrated 27 years of marriage in May and together have raised two beautiful daughters – Brittany (23) and Katie (19). We enjoy traveling, entertaining, and hopping on the Harley for a Sunday ride!
